This Job Opportunity at Affiliated Computer Services in Pasay is in need of 25 Full-Time Customer Care Assistants and must be willing to start on August 26, 2013.
· Demonstrates basic knowledge of business practices and procedures, products, services and systems while providing excellent customer service to our customers
· Takes and processes orders by telephone, internet and correspondence from customers and reps
· Provides order status and pricing information to customers
· Identifies routine problems
· Understands basic problem escalation procedures
· Understands and differentiates basic products and services to meet customer requirements

· Works to understand complex functional situations by paying attention to the details of the tasks at hand and by breaking them down into smaller pieces
· Ensures that customers have a positive experience; commits to meet or exceed customer expectations and providing excellent customer service.
· Demonstrates deep customer expertise; collaborates with appropriate parties to identify the drivers leading to business success.
· Identifies opportunities to improve efficiency while providing flawless transactions, services and products; manages monetary assets and other resources to optimize cost effectiveness.
· Measures and evaluates the effectiveness of protocols, programs or deliverables; compares measurement results to standards and takes
Accountabilities in this role:
· Taking high volume of inbound calls from retail chain pharmacies.
· Providing excellent customer service.
· Placing orders via phone/fax/email.
· Working with a sense of urgency to meet customer’s needs while maintaining excellent customer service.
· Paying attention to detail and accuracy.
· BS Nursing or BS Pharmacy Graduate or at least completed 2nd year in College
· Extensive phone communication experience, customer service environment experience
· At least 6 months Customer Service experience required in a pharmaceutical or related experience
· Knowledge of Microsoft (MS) Office to include Word, Excel and Outlook
· Good verbal and written communication skills
· Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment.
· Ability to learn and apply new procedures.
- Must be willing to work on varying schedule.
- Must be willing to work during Holidays
- Must be willing to work in Mall of Asia Complex, Pasay City.
