1. A highly skilled, seasoned professional, the Technical Helpdesk Analyst applies a broad, working knowledge of information technology products and services to more complex assignments and assists less experienced staff in the application of technical concepts, practices and procedures.
2. Incumbents are competent to work on fairly complex assignments (and/or portions of large, more complex efforts) and perform a full range of technical helpdesk support.
3. May provide occasional functional and technical guidance to less experienced staff.
4. The incumbent oversees and coordinates with quick-response customer support team and interfaces with clients (over the phone) to troubleshoot, analyze and diagnose more complex issues and engage appropriate technical resources to resolve client issues.
5. The incumbent works under limited supervision to provide prompt and professional Help Desk service through quick processing and prioritization of a variety of problems.
1. Candidates must have excellent English communication skills.
2. Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
3. At least 2 years Technical Support experience is required (COMPUTER SOFTWARE and HARDWARE TROUBLESHOOTING).
4. Candidates who have IT Helpdesk experience are preferred.
5. Candidates must be willing to work in Aseana One.
5. Candidates must be willing to start by June 2013.
